Philip Neves Plastic artist residing in Paraná in the city of Maringá develops a work of drawing Painting and Sculpture. Previously he lived in Europe as in France and Portugal was where he started the formation of a Graphic Design Career in high school and then he went to the School of Fine Arts at the University of the city of Porto.
